Join Laurie BB in a series of 4 classes focused on self-massage, myofasical release, deep relaxation, and breath.

Learn to use massage balls, a foam roller, a soft pilates ball, and basic yoga props to ease muscle and joint tension, decrease the effects of stress, and actively relax your body and mind.

This course is for anyone looking to recharge, relieve the sensation of muscle tightness, and feel more relaxed in their body and everyday life.
